My
paintings are very contemporary in style and I work in Acrylics, using blocks of
bold colour. With only a few exceptions so far my paintings have come directly
from my imagination, and are predominantly figurative with abstract elements. I
have chosen a theme of “emotion” for a series of my paintings. The
portraits, made up of flowing shapes and strong colour, are a communication of
an emotion, hence the titles.
