Information about the Artist
Joe Stockton is a cartoonist and watercolour painter. His cartoons are mainly on management and accountancy topics. He has illustrated publications for the Institute of Personnel Development, the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Commercial Accountants, and firms of accountants and management consultants. He has exhibited his paintings extensively in the East Midlands region. He is particularly interested in the effect of light in skies and water with its myriad reflections and moods.
