Friday 11th September 4.30-6pm Handing in of pictures   No Preview this year! .  
Setting up of stands, booking in of pictures and Hanging. Help required for this.

Saturday 12th September  Public exhibition 10am – 6pm ( Stewards & Sales)

Sunday 13th September – Public Exhibition 10 am – 5pm. Collect 5pm - 6pm
Stewards & Sales (help required for taking down of  pictures, dismantling stands ready for collection)
