APPLICATION FORM LBAS AUTUMN EXHIBITION
26th October - 30th October 2010
Our Autumn Exhibition will be at LEIGHTON

To enter you must have paid your annual subscription fee. It is also expected that all exhibitors take a turn at invigilation - usually 90 minute sessions - between 10am and 5pm. Ring Barbara Wilkins, Tel: 01525 374841 as soon as possible to arrange.
Help from non-exhibitors would be welcome: contact Barbara (as above) or Vida Tel:01582 702413 if you can help.
Members may submit a maximum of SIX framed pictures including 'canvas blocks' (min price £35) and an Unlimited Number of portfolio works (min price £15). We shall try to hang all works, but should space or numbers make this impossible the committee will decide upon the best solution. All work is exhibited at the artist’s own risk. Whilst all care will be taken, neither Leighton Buzzard Art Society nor Beds County Council can accept liability for the loss of, or damage to, any exhibited item.
HANGING WORKS: Pictures should be ready to hang and in good condition.
NO CLIP FRAMES. FEE: £2.50/item.
PORTFOLIO WORKS: These should be mounted in a stiff card mount, protected with clear acetate
film. FEE:
75p/item.
Giglee prints are accepted but only of your original paintings. The label must make it clear that it is a print not a painting.
PLEASE LABEL ALL WORK on the back with the ARTIST’S NAME, TITLE, MEDIUM and PRICE,
HANDING IN: The School Gym (Judges Lane Entrance) Monday 25th October 2010, 10:30am to 12:00pm.
COLLECTION OF UNSOLD WORK: Saturday 30th October 2010, 4pm to 4:30pm.
LBAS can take no responsibility for uncollected work so Please be prompt.
A Commission of 20% will be levied on sales.
The balance will be paid to the artist as soon as possible after the close of
the exhibition.
THE PREVIEW will be held on Monday 25th October 2010 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. All LBAS members are invited to attend and may bring guests.

Make all CHEQUES payable to LBAS or alternatively LEIGHTON BUZZARD ART SOCIETY.
