Exhibition dates & times (provisional):

Wednesday 27th August -  Receive and set up Boards etc. from 10am 
Thursday 28th August - Handing-in from 10am - noon and 6pm - 7pm.Hanging pictures from 10:30am. Erecting Crypt Display Boards 
Friday 29th August - private preview from 6pm to 8pm - Preparation from 5pm
Saturday 30th August - Open from 10 am to 5 pm  Stewards or Sales assistant
Sunday 31st August - Open from 12 noon to 5 pm  Stewards or Sales assistant
Monday 1st September - Collect Paintings 3pm to 6:30pm. Assist with collection
Dismantle Crypt Display Boards from 10am.
Dismantling and clearing up during part of the period from 1pm to 7 pm
