Exhibition dates & times (provisional):

Friday 5th September -  Receive and set up Boards etc. from 3 pm 
Friday 5th September - Handing-in from 4 pm - 6 pm. Booking-in and Hanging pictures from 4 pm. 
No Preview
Saturday 6th September - Open from 10 am to 7 pm  Stewards or Sales assistant
Sunday 7th September - Open from 10 am to 5 pm  Stewards or Sales assistant
Sunday 7th September - Collect Paintings 5 pm to 6 pm. Assist with collection
Dismantle Display Boards from 5 pm.
Clearing up during part of the period from 5 pm to 7 pm
