* Note on Fees which are in two parts (totals are shown in the table above):
The first is a £5 fee to pay for your particular web pages to display 1 to 6 pictures or a £10 fee for 7 to 12 pictures.
The second part is a £2 fee for processing and display of each of your photographs. So 1 costs £7,  6 cost £17, 12 cost £34.
To replace a photograph at any time, either of the same picture/artwork or a different one, the £2 fee is payable again.
The Fees entitle you to display your photographs for a year (a reminder will be sent). 
Renewal is charged at £1/picture/year (plus an extra £2 for each picture changed at renewal time).

You will need to provide me with photographs of the paintings (or other artworks) that you want me to place on the LBAS website for you. . 
I am able to accept reasonable quality photographic prints of your pictures (I shall return prints to you, usually within a week) or digital photographs, in JPEG format, on a floppy disk or CD  or by an attachment to  email. 

Send this completed form together with your cheque and your photographs (prints or disk, unless by email) to
